To help you record your dive, a WreckMap Britain recording form is being prepared, which lists the types of information that we would like you to try to collect:

Preparing your recording form

The most robust method of preparing the recording form is to sandwich a piece of thin, A4 card between the 2 pages and then laminate the whole lot to make a stiff, waterproof sheet. In order to create a surface which can be written on, cover both sides of the sheet with grease-proof paper or, if you have access to it, matte plastic drafting film ("permatrace") held in place with insulating tape.

If you don't have access to a laminator, simply sandwich a piece of thick, A4 card between the 2 pages and place in a clear, plastic copying wallet, remove as much air as possible and then seal up with insulating tape (it only has to last for one dive). Then cover with grease-proof paper or drafting film. Alternatively, you can simply copy the fields on the form onto your normal dive slate or into a waterproof notebook (a local chandler should stock these if your dive shop doesn't).
